Six Clare senior hurlers have been nominated for this year’s PwC All Stars.
Goalkeeper Éibhear Quilligan and defenders Niall O’Farrell and Diarmuid Ryan have made the shortlist, along with forwards Peter Duggan and Seán Rynne, while Tony Kelly has been nominated among the midfielders.
In all, 13 players from Limerick earned All Stars nominations, followed by beaten finalists Galway with 11, while Cork have 7.
Two of Limerick’s All-Ireland-winning side are in the running for 2026 Hurler of the Year.
Diarmaid Byrnes and Gearóid Hegarty make the shortlist, alongside Cork’s Brian Hayes
Two Galway men – Jason Rabbitte and Cillian Trayers – make the shortlist for the Young Hurler of the Year.
They’re joined by Cork’s William Buckley.
The awards will be handed out at the All Stars banquet on October 30th.
