A man has been hospitalised following an assault in Ennis.
The incident occurred in a housing estate on the Tulla Road at around 8pm on Monday.

A male in his 40s was subsequently conveyed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
