The first two semi finalists of the TUS Clare senior football championship will be known today.
Lissycasey and St Breckan’s get the days action underway when they square off in Cooraclare.
St Breckan’s produced a strong closing ten minutes to earn a draw with Miltown to secure their last eight spot, while Lissycasey were reeled in by Ennistymon in their final group game.
Throw in this afternoon is at 1.30pm with commentary on Clare FM with McDermotts Bar and Restaurant, Doolin
The second of today’s games sees champions Eire Óg face off against Miltown
That game is set for a 5pm start in Zimmer Biomet Pairc Chiosog with commentary here thanks to Brian Pyne Tiles, Kilrush Road Ennis
Meanwhile the battle for survival sees Kilmihil take on Wolfe Tones in the relegation final.
That one gets underway in Clarecastle from 1pm
There are also two quarter final ties down for decision in the TUS intermediate football championship
There is a 3pm start in Ballynacally as Corofin take on Shannon Gaels, while at 5pm, Doonbeg plays host to the meeting of Kilrush and Cooraclare.
The intermediate relegation final also takes place today, where O’Curry’s and Ennistymon face off in Clarecastle Astro from 4pm
