St. Joseph’s Miltown Malbay’s football captain doesn’t think the amount of games they’ve played in recent weeks will hinder their chances of reaching the Munster senior final.
This Sunday’s semi-final with Tipperary’s Clonmel Commericals will be their fourth competitive outing over five weekends.
They needed a replay to overcome Kilmurry/Ibrickane in the county final before requiring 80 minutes last week to defeat Waterford’s Rathgormack.
Gordon Kelly says the squad are used to getting themselves right for multiple games over a short period.
Throw-in at Hennessy Memorial Park, Miltown Malbay on Sunday is 1.30pm and we’ll have live coverage here on Clare FM in assoication with Jones’ Supervalu, Miltown Malbay.
