Val Donnellan’s side saw off the challenge of Tubber in this afternoon’s decider, winning by 0-27 to 0-16

They led 0-14 to 0-8 at the break with Shane McGrath and Oisin Donnellan sharing the scoring burden in the opening period.
They stormed out of the blocks in the second half & hit the first two points after the restart to establish a dominance they would never relinquish.
Tubber tried hard but could never get any closer than 5 points at any stage in the second half as the East Clare men returned to the top tier at the first time of asking with an 11 point win.
