Cratloe Looking To Build On Winning Momentum In TUS Clare Senior Football Semi Finals

Cratloe boss Colm Collins is confident he will have a full hand to choose from ahead of Sunday’s TUS Clare senior football semi final clash with Doora Barefield.

Conor Ryan and Tommy Rooney were among those to miss out on their last eight win over Ennistymon, while Jamie Moylan picked up a leg injury during that game.

It took a Podge Collins winner deep into injury time of extra time to finally see the south-east Clare men home, and back into a first final since their last title in 2022.

Collins says both sides will take positives from their quarter final wins

Throw in on Sunday is at 2.30pm with commentary on Clare FM with Flan O Neill Building Supplies and Tool Hire, Smithstown Shannon.

Meanwhile Lissycasey manager Aidan Moloney says while they know they face a massive challenge against the reigning champions, it is one they wont be shying away from.

A showdown with Eire Óg awaits on Saturday evening with Lissycasey not having reached the final since winning their only title in 2007.

Moloney says they have been building steadily throughout the year.

That one has a 4.30pm start on Saturday with commentary thanks to Brian Pyne Tiles Ennis
