Cratloe boss Colm Collins feels his side are in a good position to take their opportunity of reaching the last eight of the 2017 Clare Senior Football Championship.
The south east Clare side were beaten by Kilmurry Ibrickane after a replay in last years final, and now face a repeat of the 2014 decider when they take on Eire Óg in the winners round this weekend.
They will be without Liam Markham through injury for the game while Conor Ryan will also not feature this year.
Collins says having the dual involvement has helped keep the squad fresh.
Meanwhile the manager of the O’Curry’s side who will take on the defending champions says they’re ready for a massive battle.
The peninsula based outfit overcame Kilfenora after a tight battle in Round One, and now meet a Kilmurry Ibrickane squad looking to take another step towards retaining Jack Daly.
O’Currys boss Daniel Ryan says they’re confident of producing the right performance
