Clare’s minor footballers will get their All Ireland Championship underway this weekend.
The Banner travel to Tubbercurry on Saturday afternoon to take on Sligo in the Preliminary Quarter Final of the tier 2 competition.

It’s the third year in a row Clare will face The Yeats County in the championship, with the hosts narrowly defeated by Galway in the Connacht semi final last time out.
Manager Joe Hayes says they’re better set up than when the sides faced off 12 months ago.
