The structures for U21 football at intercounty level are being criticised by a member of the Clare backroom team.
The Banner saw their season come to an end at the hands of Kerry in Tralee after losing out by 1-17 to 2-8 in Tralee.

The competition runs in a straight knockout format, with Clare winning just 3 matches since 2009.
