Clare’s County Dog Warden is making a renewed call for owners to keep their pets under control following a violent attack in East Clare.
It’s understood two cyclists were travelling through the region when they were set upon by a pair of Rottweilers.

One of the cyclists sustained a broken bone in their hand while the other was largely unharmed.
Frankie Coote says everyone is responsible for the actions of their pets when they’re not reined in.
