A status yellow weather warning has been issued for Clare.
Met Éireann is warning of very strong and gusty winds for Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick and Waterford.

The National Forecaster says possible impacts include wave overtopping and flooding on coasts, difficult travelling conditions, fallen trees and branches, and debris on the roads.
The warning is valid from 1pm until 9pm on Tuesday.
