A place in the 2017 Munster Club Hurling Final is the prize on offer for Sixmilebridge this afternoon.
The Clare champions have made the trip to Walsh Park in Waterford to take on Ballygunner in the provincial decider.
The Bridge are hoping to build on the progress made in recent years which has seen them win three Clare county titles ans also reaching the 2013 provincial decider.
Their opponents are coming off the back of a fourth Waterford title in a row and Sixmilebridge boss John O’Meara feels they’ll face a side with a point to prove.

This afternoons other semi final tie sees Limerick side Na Piarsigh take on Cork champions Blackrock with that one starting at the Gaelic Grounds at 2pm
