A major promotional event for Clare’s most prominent and popular destinations will take place this weekend.
The ‘Be A Tourist In Your County’ initiative will make 26 activities at sites across Clare made available to the public either at a discounted rate or free of charge.

The activities include going behind the scenes at a chocolate factory, cruises across Lough Derg or beneath the Cliffs of Moher, meeting owls, climbing lighthouses, burren walks, and getting up close and personal with Alpacas.
Adminstrative Officer of Clare Tourism Karen Fennessy says there’s something for everyone.
