The two rivals will go head to head in a top-of-the-table clash as Munster look for a win that would see them leapfrog Leinster into the top spot.
The match has been billed by Munster head coach Rob Penney as a meeting between his side and Ireland's Six Nation's winners, with several of the Munster squad likely to be on a mission to show Joe Schmidt that they should have been more involved in his squad.
Kick-off at the Aviva Stadium is at 7 o'clock tonight.
