There’s growing debate around the Government’s proposed ban on commercial sunbeds, with public health experts pointing to rising skin cancer rates, while industry representatives warn the move could shut down compliant businesses and drive tanning underground.
The Sunbed Association has also raised concerns about a lack of transparency in the process, claiming key consultation findings have yet to be published.
