Eire Og pulled away from Clooney/Quin in the second half to record a 1-13 to 1-10 win, while Inagh/Kilnamona beat Kilmaley 5-09 to 2-14.
In the B Championship, Parteen beat Whitegate 0-12 to 1-08.
Meanwhile, two games went ahead in the Clare camogie leagues.
In Division 1, Newmarket-on-Fergus beat Truagh/Clonlara 5-16 to 0-4 while in Division 2 St. Joseph's defeated Feakle/Broadford 5-7 to 0-8.
