Clare’s Gordon Kelly has had his appeal against a three month ban rejected.
The veteran defender was hit with the suspension in the wake of the Banner’s draw with Tipperary in the National Football League.

It was alleged he sprayed water at an umpire after the game in Cusack Park, and he will now be unavailable for the county panel until the Munster Quarter Final against Limerick on May 19th.
He will also miss out on action with his club St Josephs Miltown during that period.
