A strong beginning from Doonbeg had seen them lead by two points at the break, with that lead stretching to three soon after the restart.
The winners finished the game strongly, with goals from Martin McMahon and Michael O'Dwyer seeing them take the title for the 11th time overall, and added it to the Senior and U21 crowns this year.
