Feakle boss Val Donnellan says he’s proud of his players efforts in their Munster Final loss.
The East Clare men suffered a heart breaking defeat against Charleville in yesterdays Intermediate Hurling Final with a dramatic late goal giving the Cork side a 2-20 to 1-20 win.

Donnellan’s side had led by 1-13 to 0-6 at the break with Raymond Bane’s goal helping them to that cushion after a first half played at break-neck speed.
He says that pace was always going to be difficult to maintain.
