Clare Camogie Report Funding Boost For Fr. McNamara Park

The chairman of Clare camogie says the completion of their county grounds has taken another step forward.

Joe Robbins, who was returned to the position at last night's AGM, confirmed that they've been granted a total of €24,000 in grants from the Munster Council and National Camogie Association in recent weeks.

The money will go towards the completion of facilities at Fr. McNamara Park on the the Quin Road in Ennis, and Robbins says the dressing rooms are the main priority.

Elsewhere, in football, former All-Ireland winner with Dublin Jason Sherlock has joined the Dublin management team.
