Ballroom Blitz, the two-part celebration of the Irish showband scene, was fronted by U2 bassist Adam Clayton.

Journalist and author Vincent Power, who participated in the documentary, is no stranger to Irish showbands: he wrote a book on the showband scene, called Send ‘Em Home Sweatin’.
