Part of a busy regional road in North Clare will be closed for works this week.
Clare County Council has announced that a section of the R478 from the Cliffs of Moher to Doolin will be affected.

The road will be closed from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. from Monday -Saturday from its intersection with the L-5142 at Ballysteen to its intersection with the L-5138 at Lough North.
Motorists looking to travel on the route are being encouraged to use the N67 via Lisdoonvarna.
