A violent attack on sheep in North Clare has prompted a warning from the county’s dog warden to keep pets under control.
Two sheep have been killed and three injured following a dog attack at Kells, Tubber in the past week.

The dog responsible for the attack hasn’t yet been identified.
Clare County Dog Warden, Frankie Coote is urging anyone with information to come forward.
