Garda authorities say a photo-call on voting in the marriage referendum which featured a member of the force was 'not appropriate'.

The pictures were taken outside Dublin's Pearse Street Garda station yesterday, and showed a uniformed Garda holding an enlarged version of a registration form.
The photo-call was arranged by the Yes Equality campaign, and was aimed at encouraging people to make sure they're on the electoral register.
