Commuters are being warned of delays after the closing of a busy route in the South-East of the County.
The Cloontra East Bridge on the R471 Clonlara to Sixmilebridge Road was closed with immediate effect on Monday as a result of structural damage.

Clare County Council estimates the road will be closed to vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians for a minimum of four weeks as repair works are carried out.
