Clare and Limerick will name their matchday squads this morning for Sunday’s crucial Munster hurling championship showdown.
The neighbours meet in Zimmer Biomet Pairc Chiosiog, where Clare are bidding to overcome the Shannonsiders on home soil for the first time since the introduction of the round robin format.
The last remaining tickets for the fixture sold out in less than 10 minutes at lunchtime on Thursday, with a crowd of over 21,000 expected to descend on the county grounds.
Clare selector Tommy Corbett says while that will lend itself to a brilliant atmosphere all over Ennis, their focus on the day is clear.
