Intriguing Ties In Store For 2026 Clare GAA Club Championships

Éire Og will face some stiff opposition in their defence of the TUS Clare senior hurling and football titles.

The Townies will face Crusheen, Scariff and Broadford in the race for Canon Hamilton, while Cratloe, Miltown and Doonbeg join them in the group stages of the football.

In what is already shaping up to be a hugely competitive TUS Clare senior hurling championship, Group One is comprised of Ballyea, Inagh Kilnamona, Clonlara and St Joseph’s Doora Barefield.

Last year’s runners up Crusheen are in Group 3 along with Cratloe, Feakle and newly promoted O’Callaghans Mills.

In Group Four, Kilmaley manager Brian Culbert will face his native Sixmilebridge, with neighbours Wolfe Tones and Newmarket also to be encountered along the way.

Along with Eire Og’s stacked Group One in the senior football championship, Group Two is equally competitive where 2025 beaten finalists Doora Barefield must play Ennistymon, Kildysart and Kilmihil.

Group Three consists of Lissycasey, Corofin, Kilmurry Ibrickane and St Breckans.
