Since 2014, women have made up the majority of solicitors in Ireland, and that number continues to grow each year, with female solicitors now also forming the majority of trainees entering the profession.

To share their stories, Alan Morrisey was joined in-studio by Avril Collentine, Solicitor, Cahir & Co. Solicitors and Clare Barry, secretary of Clare Law Association.
