Last evening Cooraclare defeated Newmarket by two points and secured a place in the senior championship semi finals in a high scoring senior championship play off at Coolmeen with a finals score of Cooraclare 6-10 Newmarket 4-14.
Meanwhile in the Armada Hotel Intermediate semi final in Clarecastle last evening Doonbeg proved far too strong for Wolfe Tones where it ended 3-16 to 1-3.
This evening the second of the Intermediate semi finals will take place in Kilmihil when Fergus Rovers play Miltown at 7p.m.
