In soccer, the Clare and District Soccer League face Kerry in a vital Oscar Traynor Cup clash this afternoon.
The Banner come into the game on the back of a loss in their opening match against the Limerick District, but with two games to go still have every opportunity to make the knockout stages.

For today’s game against Kerry, Junior International Eoin Hayes is back from injury, while Avenue United’s Richie Fitzgerald has been added to the squad.
