Clare selector Brendan Bugler says the squad channelled the U20 Munster Final success into their own victory over Tipperary in the senior championship.
Clare secured progression to the All Ireland Series with a game to spare with an 11 point victory over the 2025 All Ireland Winners.

It marked Clare’s second success at any grade over The Premier in four days and kept intact The Banner’s 100% record at Semple Stadium since the introduction of the round robin format.
Bugler says there was a noticeable increase in intensity in the aftermath of that u20 success.
