On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Cillian Murphy who is a local Fianna Fáil Councillor and Chairperson of the Board at Kilkee Waterworld. Cillian discussed the delay of the re-opening of Kilkee Waterworld as a result of significant issues with the mechanical and electrical systems meaning the building cannot be certified as a result. He highlighted the role that the building plays within the community and mentioned his disappointment with the building being unable to re-open in May. Cillian also shared positive news regarding the Board and management securing significant funding towards the project.
