Could The HSE Face Legal Action Over Cyber-Attack?

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has said he hopes people won’t take legal action over the HSE cyber-attack.

Yesterday was the date by which personal data would begin to be posted online unless a €20m ransom was paid by the government.

The Government however has refused to pay.
