On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by James Fennelly, West Clare Mental Health Association Peer Support Coordinator, The Lighthouse and Liam Gildea, Author of High Life Low Life who discussed the upcoming World Mental Health Week 2022. The West Clare Mental Health Association have organised a range of events for the week beginning on Monday, which include a webinar talk with Liam Gildea as well as other events which will take place up to Sunday October 16th.
