On Monday’s Morning Focus, Clare FM’s Daragh Dolan reported from the Francis Street Alliance March. A mass crowd of demonstrators departed from Glór car park on Saturday in an attempt to prevent the demolition of six houses in the county town to make way for a temporary car park under the Ennis 2040 plan. Daragh spoke to local residents regarding their opinion on the matter along with Sinn Féin Councillor, Don McGettigan, Spokesperson for the Francis Street Alliance, Tommy Guilfoyle, Community Activist, Dermot Hayes and Chair of the Clare County Council’s Housing Committee, Gerry Flynn.
