Kieran O’Loughlin tragically lost his dad to a sudden heart attach almost three years ago.(August of 2015).
Kieran says there were no signs his father, Paddy, was at risk, before he passed away tragically aged just 64.
Today (May 11th) is Happy Hearts Day, an initiative of the Irish Heart Foundation and Kieran is urging people to support it.
Kieran joined Gavin live in studio to talk about the day and the work of the Irish Heart Foundation.
