The Johnson and Johnson and AstraZeneca vaccines have been approved for use in over-50s. The single-shot Johnson and Johnson jab can be used for under-50s when other vaccines are not available, or when there are fears that the individual may not return for a second dose.
But have the latest changes resulted in vaccine hesitancy in the over-50s towards these jabs and are these fears warranted?
