42 Ballard Road, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare, 4th March 2025. Aged 53 years. Peacefully in UHL surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Predeceased by his mother Frances Fitzpatrick. Sadly missed by his loving wife Hazel and son Paul, his father Martin, sister Mary, father in law Patrick, sisters in law Caroline, Christina and Marian, nephews, Darren, David and Joseph, cousins, many friends and neighbours.

Reposing in St. Joseph’s Church Miltown Malbay on Friday 7th March from 5pm with prayers at 6.30 pm.
Funeral mass on Saturday 8th March at 11am, followed by burial in Ballard Cemetery.
