Oaklands, Arklow & formerly of Clouna South, Ennistymon, Co Clare who died peacefully on 25th September, in his 95th year & in the tender care of Asgard Lodge Nursing Home, with his loving family by his side.
Beloved husband of the late May Anne (née Shelton) & father of John, Michael, Matthew, Sally, Mary, Frank & Jane.
He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, sister, extended family & friends.
Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home, Arklow from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesday.
Removal on Thursday morning at 9.30 to St. Mary & Peter’s Church, arriving for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock. Those who cannot attend are welcome to join via the church webcam.
Following Mass, David’s funeral will return to Sweeney’s Funeral Home for Committal Service at 11.45, walking via Connolly Street. A private cremation will follow.
