Three Clare Schools are set to benefit from expansions and refurbishments.
The Department of Education has approved the construction of a brand-new mainstream classroom for Doolin National School, while an existing classroom there will also be repurposed as a special educational needs teaching room.

The school currently accommodates 104 students in 4 classrooms.
Rice College in Ennis and Meelick National School meanwhile will be allocated new special classes.
