Camapigning for the EU Referendum is stepping up in Clare today with both the Taosieach and Fianna Fail’s director of Elections canvassing in Ennis this afternoon.

Enda Kenny is meeting voters in Ennis this lunchtime (12.45-1.45) while Timmy Dooley is representing Fianna Fail with a similar canvass of the town.
Speaking to Clare FM at Loop Head last evening, the Taoiseach was inspired by the lighthouse when asked if he envisaged rocks ahead on the government’s referendum campaign.
