A severe weather warning has been issued for Clare as Storm Darragh prepares to make landfall.
The orange level alert will come into effect at 10pm tomorrow night and will also apply to counties Galway, Kerry, Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal.

Met Eireann is warning of very strong and gusty winds which are expected to cause damage to power lines and temporary structures, wave overtopping, hazardous travelling conditions and fallen trees.
The notice will remain in place until 9am Saturday morning.
