New figures published by Iranrod Eireann show that the first three months of 2012 have seen punctuality improve across rail all services.

Compared to the same period last year – this represents a 6 per cent increase in timekeeping for Intercity services, 1.8 per cent rise for Commuter services and 3.4 improvement for DART routes.
The company says these record figures are due to a combination of investment in services and the hard work of staff.
