Met Éireann has issued a status orange wind warning for Clare from tomorrow.
The alert, which is also in place for eleven other counties, will come into effect here from 8am until 4pm.

Gusts of up to 130 kilometres per hour are expected as Storm Aiden makes landfall.
The rest of the country will be under a status yellow wind warning with severe gusts possible from 1am tonight until tomorrow afternoon.
