A man has been arrested after Gardaí uncovered over €200,000 worth of cocaine in east Clare.
The drugs were found during a search operation which took place yesterday evening.

The Killaloe Detective Unit, Ennis Detective Unit and Clare/Tipperary Drugs Unit carried out the search with assistance from the Regional Dog Unit.
During the operation, €210,000 worth of cocaine was found in a vehicle on the property.
A man in his 40s was arrested subsequently and brought to a Garda Station in the county detained under the provisions of Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
Investigations are ongoing.
