IDA officials are due to travel to Roche in Clarecastle today, a week after the announcement that the company is to leave its facility the town.

Representatives of the state agency are also meeting with Roche management in Switzerland this week, as the company and the government looks to find a buyer for the facility.
A potential investor has already visited there, but last evening the Dáil heard that the next 6-9 months are critical if a deal is to be concluded successfully.
Clarecastle Fine Gael TD Joe Carey told the Dáil about the importance of Roche to the local economy.
