There’s still no decision on whether grass-cutting will be allowed to go ahead at Shannon Airport tomorrow.
Concerns over the fodder crisis prompted Shannon Airport to offer up it’s grass, as it did in 2013, to help aid struggling farmers in this county.

An inspection has taking place this morning at the mid-west facility to determine whether the land is dry enough to allow the process to begin, but no decision has yet been made.
Clare Chair of the IFA, Willie Hanrahan hopes the go-ahead will be given today.
