The Greek Prime Minister's insisted his country did bring material to last night's Eurogroup summit proposing a way out of their debt crisis.
It had been reported that the talks broke up without any new plan from Athens being put on the table, and a deadline of Friday has since been set for agreement with Greece's international creditors.
Alexis Tsipras told the European Parliament in Strasbourg this morning that a proposal was put to the Eurogroup yesterday and work is underway to bring forward concrete proposals in the next two or three days.
