Gardaí say they are following a definite line of inquiry following the death of a Clare teenager in a hit and run incident.
16-year-old Brian Lowe died when the e-bike he was travelling on was struck by a vehicle at Cottage Cross, Clonlara, around 11pm last Friday night.

Gardaí say they carried out a search operation at a number of residential properties in Co. Limerick this morning, and a number of items of evidential value have been seized.
No arrests have been made.
Gardaí are continuing to appeal to anyone with information on the incident to contact Henry Street Garda Station on 061 212 400, the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
