Four men have been arrested in connection with damage to an Air BnB in West Clare.
It followed a short pursuit by Gardaí in Lissycasey earlier today.
Gardaí were alerted at around 12 o’clock this afternoon following reports that a number of men were trying to stop cars in the area.
It’s understood the men had been staying in an Air BnB in the locality for a number of days.
Units from Kilrush were dispatched to the scene and the four men were apprehended by Gardaí a short time later.
The men, all aged in their mid-twenties, are being detained at Kilrush Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
